The Body Guage

The Body Gauge is a weekly routine we use to keep an eye on our weight and inch loss or gain.

Designed to focus on well-being changes, so any obvious difference will be immediately noted and can be discussed with your GP, the Body Gauge is a simple way to keep a record of the kind of change  that can often be more insidious than we might otherwise like.

Simply use a tape measure to note the measurements listed on the Body Gauge Planner Page if you are a VIP LifeBook member and create a record of changes you make to your diet and exercise program.
