I'm just like that when I do the housework… Only fortunately we only ever have 3 0r 4 plates to wash in our house – NOT 5 BILLION LIKE POOR JUDY!!! Takes me back to being a child when I used to watch Judy Garland films and then fashion dresses out of floral curtains and brush my hair for hours in an attempt to emmulate Judy's fairytale glamour… Remember Alison??

We watched Meet me in St. Louis on New Year's eve. This one of my all time faves-never was she photographed so beautifully. This was Vincente Minelli's greatest tribute to her. His love letter. "Have yourself a Merry little Christmas" never ceases to make the hairs stand up on the back of my neck and bawl my eyes out. There will never be another like her. Ever.
